I made this incredible honey vanilla ice cream recipe using the Thermomix, but you don’t have to own this device in order to achieve the same amazing result. Simply use a blender and I guarantee you that you will enjoy a delicious and healthy kids friendly ice cream.
Honey Vanilla Ice Cream – delicious and healthy kids friendly frozen treat
- 1 Thermomix / Blender
- 2 pcs Egg yolks
- 100 g Honey
- 500 g Pouring whipping cream
- 1 tsp Natural vanilla extract
- 1 pinch Salt
- Add egg yolks, honey, cream, vanilla and salt and cook 6 MIN / 80°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer to ice lolly moulds and insert ice lolly sticks. Freeze for at least 12 hours, ideally overnight.
