Usually, when we think about loaded fries recipe, we imagine ourselves a very fancy recipe from the menu of a restaurant or the specific dishes of a street food festival.

Well, today I want to present you my homemade loaded fries, which are extremely tasty, and contain only organic, healthy ingredients, without flavor additives.

The secret for the best loaded fries recipe

loaded fries recipe

As in most of the recipes presented here on the blog, the secret for a successful loaded fries recipe consists in choosing some quality ingredients.

For the best loaded fries, I recommend choosing raw potatoes, and not frozen ones. This is because even if visually they do not have the perfect cut, raw potatoes are much tastier than frozen ones. In addition, raw potatoes, after they are cooked, can be enjoyed even cold, but frozen ones tend to dry out and become tasteless and lacking in texture after cooling.

To get an almost perfect cut for your fries, you can use a potato cutter. I don’t own such a device, because I enjoy cutting them with a knife, even if I don’t get identical strips.

Also, I recommend you to choose organic eggs, because they have a more intense taste, but also a quality salty cheese, to obtain delicious homemade loaded fries.

In addition, you can opt for a wide range of vegetables to enhance the taste of these loaded cheese fries, from green onions, garlic, leeks, tomatoes, pickled cucumbers, peppers, etc.
