  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Knife / vegetable grater

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pcs Cans salmon fillet in olive oil
  • 100 g Homemade mayo
  • 2-3 pcs hard-boiled eggs
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Optional: onions, leak, garlic, red bell pepper

Instructions
 

  • First of all, it is important to drain the fish, no matter if you use salmon fillets or tuna fillets. This way, you will remove the vegetable oil that helped preserving the canned fish
  • Now, using the Thermomix, grate the eggs 5 SEC – SPEED 5. If you don’t own a Thermomix, simply use a vegetable grater or a knife to grate the eggs;
  • Now, add the fish fillets, the mayo, salt and black pepper and mix all these ingredients for 10 SEC – SPEED 7. If you don’t own a Thermomix, use a mixer or a blender to achieve the same amazing final result.
  • Enjoy the salmon/ tuna spread with mayo with fresh bread/ toast and some cherry tomatoes.
