Introduction
Today I have the pleasure of presenting you a delicious recipe for pork loin roast in crockpot. I created this recipe because it took me quite a long time to find the right way to cook pork loin roast that the whole family would enjoy.
So, if your children also prefer meat with a soft texture and you find it difficult to cook pork for them, I recommend you to try this recipe for pork loin roast in crockpot. I guarantee that it will be absolutely delicious.
The secret for the best pork loin roast in crockpot
As it can be easily deduced from the name of the recipe – pork loin roast in crockpot – this dish will be cooked using a Crockpot. In my case, it is a Crockpot Express Multicooker, but you can successfully use any other type of slow cooker or a multicooker that has the slow cooking function.
The secret to obtaining a fabulous pork loin roast in crockpot is represented, in addition to slow cooking, by marinating the meat in advance.
Basically, at least 4 hours before cooking, but even a day before, I recommend marinating the pork loin. You can choose a marinade that you particularly like, or use the marinade from this recipe.
Thus, the crockpot pork loin roast will be extremely tender and tasty.

Different ways to marinate pork
As I have said on other occasions, marinating meat before cooking is an extremely important step for obtaining a tender and delicious dish.
If we are talking about pork, I have a marinade that I prefer, whether I am cooking pork loin or grilled pork.
This marinade can be also used successfully for pork ribs.
My favorite marinade for any type of pork is based on the following ingredients: olive oil, garlic, homemade ketchup, mustard, a little honey, salt and pepper. There are other types of marinade, but I prefer this one when it comes to pork. If you are a fan of pork dishes, I also recommend you this Cast Iron Roasted Pork Loin recipe.
On the other hand, if we are talking about the perfect marinade for chicken or turkey, it will always be based on yogurt, olive oil and garlic. In this regard, I highly recommend you a portion of Greek Yogurt Crockpot Chicken, which will delight your taste buds.
And for fish, especially if we are talking about salmon, the honey and mustard marinade is absolutely fabulous. I recommend you to try the Honey Mustard Salmon recipe to convince yourself.
Different ways to cook pork in the Crockpot
As I already mentioned, I like to cook pork in the Crockpot. I think it gives it a soft texture, which my daughter will definitely like.
I don’t know about other kids, but Sofia prefers extremely soft meat. That’s why I bought the Crockpot Express Multicooker. Whether I choose to use the slow cooker function or a pressure-cooking program, I always achieve extremely soft meat using this device.
When it comes to pork in particular, I use the Crockpot Express Multicooker either to tenderize the meat, as is the case of this pork loin roast recipe in the crockpot, or for other faster recipes.
For example, using the SOUP program, you can get an absolutely delicious vegetable and pork soup in a very short time and without effort. In this regard, I recommend you to try the Meatballs soup recipe, which is both delicious and nutritious.
Moreover, using the MEAT/STEW program, you can easily make Potatoes Stew, which can be served with or without meat, depending on your preference.
Last but not least, using the BEANS program, you can make a delicious portion of Chilli con Carne, using minced pork or a mixture with minced beef.
