Equipment

  • 1 Thermomix or Mixer or Spanula

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 pc Medium Cauliflower
  • 1 L Water
  • 125 g Homemade Mayonnaise
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in the Varoma tray for steaming
  • Pour water into the mixing bowl, place the Varoma tray on top, and select 25 minutes – Varoma temperature – Speed 1
  • Once the program is complete, set the Varoma tray aside and let the cauliflower cool. Rinse the mixing bowl
  • Once the cauliflower has cooled completely,place it in the bowl. Chop it by setting the appliance to 15 seconds – Speed 4
  • Add the crushed garlic on top of the cauliflower
  • Next, add the mayonnaise over the cauliflower and garlic. Then, set the appliance for 2 minutes – Speed 2 COUNTERCLOCKWISE
  • Use a spatula to thoroughly mix the ingredients in the mixing bowl
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Extend the mixing process for another minute, setting the appliance for 1 minute -Speed 3 COUNTER CLOCKWISE
  • The mayonnaise is ready. The amount of garlic, salt, and pepper can be adjusted according to your preferences
