  • 1 Thermomix / Mixer / Whisk
  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Muffin tin

Ingredients
  

  • 3 pcs ripe bananas
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp natural vanilla extract
  • 2 pcs eggs

Instructions
 

  • First, if you decide to use golden raisins, or any type of raisins, it is important to place them into a bowl and soak them in water. This way, you will eliminate a lot of the sugar from the raisins. Leave them into water until you make the composition for the muffins.
  • Preheat the oven at 180Β° C (356Β° F)
  • Place the bananas, broken into pieces, in the mixing bowl (or in a simple larger bowl)
  • Mash the bananas 5 SEC – SPEED 5. If you don't use a Thermomix, then mash them with a mixer or with a fork
  • Using a sieve, pour the flour into the bowl; Also, add the baking powder
  • Now, add the eggs, the cinnamon, the vanilla extract and the golden raisins;
  • Mix all the ingredients 10 SEC – SPEED 3. If you don’t own a Thermomix, mix them with a mixer on lower speed or using a whisk/ spatula;
  • Grease the muffin tins with soft butter or use muffin liners

  • Gently pour the muffins batter into the tins;
  • Place the muffin tins into the preheated oven;
  • Bake them for 30 MIN at 180Β° C (356Β° F)

  • Once baked, take the tins out of the oven and leave them to cool for 10-20 MIN before serving
