Equipment
- 1 Oven
- 1 Vegetable Grater
- 1 Bowl
- 1 Spatula
- 1 Silicon gloves
Ingredients
- 2 pc beetroots
- 70-100 gr mayonnaise
- Salt
- Optional: garlic, black pepper
Instructions
- First, you need to preheat the oven at 180β (356β)
- Meanwhile, rinse the beetroots well and place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper
- Once the oven is heated, place the baking tray into the oven and cook the beetroots for approx. 45 MIN. You can check if the beetroots are properly cooked by pricking them with a fork
- Remove the baking tray from the oven and leave the beetroots to completely cool
- Use cooking gloves to peel the beetroots
- Then, using a vegetable grater and still wearing the cooking gloves, grate the beetroot
- Add the mayonnaise and salt and mix all the ingredients well Optional: You can add black pepper, crushed garlic or any other ingredient that you enjoy into the beetroot salad with mayonnaise.
- Serve the beetroot salad with mayonnaise with bread or crackers
